I am having trouble completing an order....
If your are having trouble completing your order there could be a few different reasons.
1) The first is to check that the billing address matches the same one you have on your credit card. This includes your postal code as well. Double check that everything is spelled correctly.
2) Double check that you have included a card message and delivery date. Our system will not allow you to continue in the check out process unless these two items are filled out.

3) Ensure that you have included a separate shipping address than billing address. There will be a box directly under the billing address that says "Please ship to my billing address", uncheck this box as you want your flowers to go to the recipient rather than yourself. The billing address is your address and the shipping address is the recipient.
